Anyone used "Cozy" and what's your experience?

Question

I have a rental property where the tenant keeps having technical issues for rent payment. I came across this website when googling the issue: https://cozy.co/. It's a self-service property management site that allows you to collect rent automatically for free.

Has anyone used this site before? How's the experience and is it legit?

This is pretty easily solved by having your own in-house screening application before sending them on to a paid service. I don't have anyone complete the paid application that's not going to be considered as a tenant, and the only way I'm going to know that is if I have my own application on the front end. Besides, Cozy doesn't care about dogs, cats, number of cars, or a whole host of other things that I would care about, that I'd never know about without my own application.

@Becky Y. Yeah, I've used it. Here is what I especially like about Cozy:

• from the very beginning - Design. Green color makes you feel calm with the confidence that everything gonna be alright in the end

• free tenant screening service. Common feature nowadays, but somehow they've done it perfectly, works great, no bugs, no fees after lease agreement, trustable info.

• great satellite site called Landlordology, where you can get answers to any question by a qualified specialist, a bunch of hot and actual info, that gives me inspiration.

Alongside with Cozy, I prefer to list my property on Rentberry.com (because of rental auction), on Zillow (because of traffic) and on Airbnb (because it's AirBNB:)

Thank you @Alexis J. for clarifying what I was saying about the leases.  I apologize if I misrepresented that feature.  I didn't know "Cozy Lease" was the term technically used! :-)

Yes, it is very legit.  I used it to help a family member rent their property out.  It is extremely easy to use, crafts leases for you, generates your listing and syndicates it, and takes care of the background/credit checks.  It is hands down one of the best landlording tools I've used.  It's free to setup an account and look around the dashboard / admin control panel.  You don't have to provide any banking information until you're ready to receive rental income via ACH/direct deposit.

What I don't like is during the screening process the cozy blocks the tenants SSN from the landlord. This is vital information, and required when you seek to collect on judgements from tenants who are latter evicted. Cozy causes the problem.
