Struggling to find financing since I am a recently self-employed business owner. Hoping to secure an FHA loan and owner-occupy a duplex but it's just so much easier to find financing with a W2 job unfortunately. Any advice is much appreciated!

Hi Mason and welcome! i envy your job as i assume it gives you a leg-up on exposure to real estate knowledge! Good luck with your first flip and welcome again!

Wow great advice and happy you're all safe!

Hi John welcome to BP. Im new to BP as well and there is so much info on here. I would search "wholesale colorado springs" and "flip colorado" and read everything; every forum and blog post. That's what I'm doing for my market and it's really helped me get a feel. I've already chatted on the phone with an incredible member from BP and gained so much. Good luck with your goals and enjoy!

Thanks @Johnathon Griggs yea I really need to get a professional opinion. I'm going to try to arrange for that this week. The owner said a few of the other buildings in the area have this slope due to settling but I wana be sure its not the foundation or a structural issue. Thanks for the advice!

Welcome Chi!
