My name is Chi Kanu and I have been in the real estate business since the year 2000. I have been involved in many facets of real estate. From investing to holding, flipping, Wholesaling, lease options, land contracts and what have you. I have purchased and partnered in over 100 real estate transactions, both commercial, single family, multi family and apartment complexes. My niche in the early  to mid 2000 was to buy, rehab and hold or flip. My niche now is mostly foreclosures and short sales with high valued little or no rehab properties at minimal cost.
