Wow what a horrible situation. So happy you sorted things out and didn't get seriously hurt. I will take this as a lesson learned that people sometimes take advantage in tough circumstances of others who are compassionate. Good for you working through that and not letting it stop you! As a new investor this story is pretty shocking and valuable! Thank you!

i love Tempe and Arizona and my ex-girlfriend's father owns several rental properties in the Phoenix area which is how I got to know a bit about Arizona.
