Hello BP friends! I am starting this discussion because I seem to be having a rather difficult time in finding any good deals in my area I have went out "driving for dollars" calling on craigslist and can't find a real estate investor that will take the time to send me any properties! I have only been referred to one and its a hit and miss phone tag game. Is there any other advice that you can give me since I am new to this?? Thanks ahead of time for the input and advice!

Thank you @ChrisArmstrong I appreciate the feedback. Yes I know about the traffic of Charleston lol that's why I am gonna try and stay as far from downtown as possible more Goose Creek area. And thanks again for sharing your experience it helps hearing from other people! Maybe when I arrive down there we can connect for a cup of coffee or such? 

Hello I am a REI in Ohio at the moment but am having a difficult time getting agents to travel and send me property listing! I drive for dollars alot but there is not alot of good deals around my area. I am moving down "to" or near Goose Creek as early as next summer and I was just wondering what the market looked like down there?? Single Family or Multi Family homes?? What is the best area? Thank you in advance for your help!

Yeah I am def looking for more in Warren than Youngstown and that seemd to be the genuine consensus that nobody wants to travel. If you don't mind me asking are either of you flippers? And Geoffery you said you are from Mahoning County? Where do you do your real estate at? because I also am looking into South Carolina at a few, because I plan on moving down there at some point. 

I am looking for Real Estate Agents that are based out of North East Ohio preferably Youngstown-Warren area that are looking to work with investors? Thank you so much for you help!

I have a question about how loans work. If I were to ask my Aunt for a loan on a property with an ARV of $63,000. How much should the loan be for? and how would I pay it back? The price offer for the house is no more then $23,000. If anyone has any tips or suggestions please let me know.
