How is the real estate (flipping) market down near Charleston

Hello I am a REI in Ohio at the moment but am having a difficult time getting agents to travel and send me property listing! I drive for dollars alot but there is not alot of good deals around my area. I am moving down "to" or near Goose Creek as early as next summer and I was just wondering what the market looked like down there?? Single Family or Multi Family homes?? What is the best area? Thank you in advance for your help!
