I am a new member interested in house flipping. This is my first time flipping a house and I am looking for experience and knowledge from people.  I am tired of making my other people money and not myself and my family! Thank you in advance for all the knowledge, it is greatly appreciated!

Also, I without a doubt recommend looking into J. Scotts "The Book On Flipping Houses" and "Estimating Rehab Costs"

Now, you can find just about every bit of information on our site, for free. But, J. Scott truly killed it with this book and I think you'll gain the most out of it.
