Having a difficult time

Hello BP friends! I am starting this discussion because I seem to be having a rather difficult time in finding any good deals in my area I have went out "driving for dollars" calling on craigslist and can't find a real estate investor that will take the time to send me any properties! I have only been referred to one and its a hit and miss phone tag game. Is there any other advice that you can give me since I am new to this?? Thanks ahead of time for the input and advice!
