Sounds like you and your wife are off to a great start with your STRs in Blue Ridge. Self managing is a solid way to learn the business, and it’s smart that you’re already setting up systems and tools. 

Also, converting the unfinished basement could add a lot of value over time. Blue Ridge is a strong market with plenty of potential. If you have questions or want to discuss financing options down the line, feel free to reach out.
