New to Real Estate Investing

My name is Alex and my wife's name is Jessica. We have been talking about investing in real estate for a couple of years. Really, coming on here, reading books on real estate, and joining some of the free webinars is what we have done so far. We are the kind of people who do not jump into anything without fully planning it out. Our goal is to have a short term rental business and build it over the next several years.
