Funny! I had responded to an ad on Craigslist the other day. The ad made it seem as it was a real estate investor that was willing to "mentor" you, but would take a cut of the deal. Then after you were trained you could continue and be partners in deals if you wanted to. They made it seem as though as they were "giving back" since they were so prosperus.
Then I got an email saying that due to the overwhelming response they were having a meeting at the hotel conference room on a certain date and time. This is what really made it obvious. It said make sure when attending you mention a "name" and that it was for Noveau Riche. I then googled it and noticed  the price tag, huh! That is so misleading! A person can use that money on an investment instead of all that crap! These companies must be really be making the green off of people!! :crazed:

HI THERE!
I'M A NEWBIE AND I'M TRYING TO GET INTO WHOLESALING SO I CAN BUILD UP CASH TO EVENTUALLY BUY AND HOLD. I'VE READ SEVERAL BOOKS SO FAR AND GOT VENA JONES COX WHOLESALING COURSE. I'VE BEEN TO A COUPLE OF "PITCH" SEMINARS. BUT I FEEL I'D RATHER SPEND THAT BOOTCAMP MONEY ON INVESTING. SO HERES THE DEAL... I THINK THE ONLY THING IS REALLY HOLDING ME BACK IS THIS; ONCE I HAVE A DEAL UNDER CONTRACT, FINDING A BUYER. I NEED TO BUILD A BUYERS LIST I GUESS. WHAT ARE THE BEST WAYS TO DO THIS? YEAH BET GOING TO THE LOCAL REA WOULD BE A START, HUH? ANY OTHER WAYS?
OH, A LITTLE ABOUT ME. I'M AN AUTO INSURANCE BROKER. LIVE IN SACRAMENTO CALI. IT WOULD SURE BE NICE TO LEARN SHORT SALES TOO! ESPECIALLY WITH ALL THE PRE-FORECLOSURES HERE!
