Man, I was just in a gun shop the other day, and now I'm REALLY interested in getting a pistol (and fitting my lady with one too... :( )

They have really nice pistols to fit a ladies hand now days. They even match my purse. Lol

OMG ! That is an aweful story! I could never imagine such a thing, nor do I want to!  It would definately be nice to beable to carry a concealed weapon, some cities are just hard to get a permit. I'm looking in to getting a stun gun, maybe as an alternative. The worst I've seen so far is while looking at foreclosures is sleeping bags and people poo in the back yard.

That would be sure to get unwanted attention  But good way to get rid of someone wanting to talk your ear off.

What do you guys think of the bullet train that is supposed to link LA to SF (Cali) and SF to San Jose? I believe they were even discussing having a bullet train from Sacramento to SF. I think it is about time! That would be wonderful to beable to go to LA in 2 1/2 hours! :superman: See just one of the many links on this>>>> www.contracostatimes.com/ci_8830571

I would think that evey bank has a certain way they want the information. So if you have a loss mitigator recognize your name and they know your info is easy to read and in the right order I would think they would do that one first compared to the one that is disorganized.

Short sales is definatley a good tool to have under your belt in a market like this! Dwan Bent Twyford has a good course on short sales and you could pick one up on ebay fairly cheap. She had said that you should have the seller write a hardship letter how they can't afford the payments and that they are planning on bankruptcy (more than likely right?) Also you could pull up old newspapers on crime that had happened in the area and maybe a list of pediphiles within a mile of the house. Make it seem like a house no one would like to buy and that they are lucky you are trying to negoitiate with them. If it has any mold problems, include pictures. :goofy:
