Who can share their success in getting a 4th loan and up to the 10th mortgage for their investment home purchases? I am curious to know if someone who makes $65k a year can get up to 10 investment home loans in the next 5 years. Let say that the houses would each cash flow about $300 a month.

I have heard that it is possible because the investor friendly Bank will understand how the rental income offsets the debt. I think that the big Banks would want you to have enough income to pay for each mortgage payment.

Any thoughts?

I am a newbie and have not seen many 4 plexes on Zillow or others. I know they are out there, because I have driven by them. What is the best way to find 4 plexes that are for sale or have sold? I am curious to see stats on the 4 plexes. I see lots of duplexes listed.

The reason I am interested in 4 plexes is because you can get 1 mortgage and have 4 sources of cash flow/rental income. I did not want to reach out to a realtor yet, as they may think it is a waste of time if I am not ready to buy.

Any tips are welcomed.

Amazing! Love the colors. White cabinets make it bright and inviting.

Did you buy this home on the MLS or from a wholesaler?

Did you have others bidding on this home?

Chris,

I like your perspective. (beer)

Thanks Jay.

There are several Wholesale Legitimate business here in the Dallas Fort Worth Area.

Outstanding work. I lack the gift to see how the ugly can turn into a beauty. Your motivating all of us.

I recently shared the idea of Wholesaling to a Real Estate Agent. (she is new to Real Estate)

I regret sharing the idea with her. She pretty much scolded me and said that it is illegal to practice real estate without a license.

Any thoughts on why she would say this, other than the reason that she does not know?

Thank you Steven. Great information. I am new to BP and need to learn how to maneuver around here.

Thank you Chris. I see you are not too far from me. I am living in North Arlington, bordering Fort Worth.
