I live in the Dallas Fort Worth, Texas area and am looking for a CPA that understands and knows how to claim depreciation on my rental property. I would like to have the CPA look at my previous 3 years of tax filings.

Any recommendations are welcomed.

Hello and Happy Friday to all,

I am an accidental landlord. As of today I have new tenants in my rental home that used to be my primary residence in my prior life. I have rented this place out as a break even deal for the past 4 years. I am now using a property Manager who was able to find me qualified tenants.

It is my goal to buy more rental investment properties and do a few flips to build cash. Cash is King in this world.

I love driving around the city and near cities of where I live. I will find a home on Zillow that looks like a good investment and I will go drive around the area different times of the day. It is good for me to know the area, in case I want to buy in the future.

Have a great weekend,

Rigo Medina
