Getting the 4th thru 10th investment home loan
Who can share their success in getting a 4th loan and up to the 10th mortgage for their investment home purchases? I am curious to know if someone who makes $65k a year can get up to 10 investment home loans in the next 5 years. Let say that the houses would each cash flow about $300 a month.
I have heard that it is possible because the investor friendly Bank will understand how the rental income offsets the debt. I think that the big Banks would want you to have enough income to pay for each mortgage payment.
Any thoughts?
