In my experience it's almost impossible to buy a house with no money.  There are too many cost involved.  You will need to access money from somewhere.

I would go for it. The Detroit real estate market is going to come back strong. Also you may never see interest rates this low again in your lifetime. Worst case, the house will always be worth $85,000. #trustyourparents

I suggest you use a bank. I use The Harbor Bank. They are located in Baltimore. Where are you located. I would stay away from Hard Money lenders. The rate are ridiculous. .

I made $10,000 last week doing a wholesale deal in Prince Geore's County. I didn't put up any money during the entire transaction.
