I'm Alan Meyer and well, I am not a new member, have been registered here for for over a year but this is my first act of participation.  I'm priced out of the market where I life and with both of my grown kids living in Wisconsin, I will probably be looking to start investing remotely there.

I've been researching both single-family and multi-family units.  Multi seems to have more cashflow, but what makes a better way to break the ice and jump into the adventure?

I look forward to getting to know you'all soon.

Alan

Most of the investors we work with follow the Trulia crime map as a guideline, myself included. The greener the area, the better. Red is the hood.
