I noticed that here on BP there is a

Overseas Investors Group that you

might want to check out.

You are within the law, unless your lease indicates otherwise. If it were heat or water, could be another story.

Hello,
Welcome to BP. No experience investing overseas, but I'd imagine that it is like any other area... research, due diligence, analyze, learn local customs/laws etc., and that move carefully. At least you have family in your areas of interest, they can gather data for you and then you can analyze and see if it makes investing sense, when you weigh the risks involved. I like to click my ruby red slippers and chant, there's no place like home! Best Wishes!

When talking about approval and borrower requests, how does all of this work with a 2nd. I realize their position, but how would a borrower fare with a dangling 2nd which has nothing to do with the 1st note being sold to an investor? What advantage/disadvantage does the borrower face? Thanks. -- Dawn

It looks like a nice place for the money! I'm not one to look down my nose at anything! Being a military brat, I've seen it all and as a divorcee with kids on my lap and NO child support back in my struggling days, I bought a mobile for $4,000 (I felt safer in a gated community), it was just me and 3 kids under the age of 8, the folks that sold it to me needed a down-payment for a home they were buying (I was the listing agent), I was in escrow on one of my flips, at that time I would buy, move-in, repair, and then flip, so it was a win-win.

I think that it would be a good deal if you have done your due diligence.

I'm out of the loop on forms for the most part, but for non-licensees,
first tuesday has a lot of RE forms, not sure if they have the one you are looking for or not. Best of Luck!
