Hi Brett, Maybe you can find an inspector that do that with you, with out a report it might be doable, Maybe, or you can get a contractor to do the same. Let me know where you are and how it works out.

Hi Nathan, The inspector fail to comply by his and you r agreement, this is totally unacceptable, he is not allowed legally or professionally to share the inspection with others or agent with pout your authorizing it, I will get with an attorney and discuss this issue, also chek his training and affiliation with ASHI or InterNASHI and you can file a complaint. If you fix the problem you are NOT required to disclose unless the issue is still present then YOU and only YOU are required to disclose, not the inspector.

That is very unacceptable as a code of ethics.
