I thought the point of him coming on here and asking the question was to seek help from those on the forum which would be the "mentor" what's the point of answering a question in a forum just to tell the person to seek a "paid mentor"

See how much RealQuest.com is I believe they provide comps

Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner Thanks guys for responding back to this idea so quickly.

This is why BiggerPockets.com is the BEST Real Estate Investing blog and forum known to man! Oh and another compliment is on the type of culture you guys breed in this community is 2nd to none, for one A LOT of people including myself use their REAL name when posting, which means people want to be held accountable for what they say. And you guys encourage that. Theres isn't much of the "internet trolling" phenomenon in the forums because people have a different level of respect for BiggerPockets and the culture here. Kudos to you guys for creating that environment!

1.) Being able to filter the forum by "Views" "Replies" - this enables me to see some of the most popular posts that probably got buried...because in some of these high post threads there is a lot of GOLDEN CONTENT in them.

2.) When clicking on the link to a persons post count, it just shows you the THREADS that the person has commented in. In does not bring you to their actual post. So basically if I find value in reading all of the post by Michael Quarles or Sharon Vornholt ...i literally have to go inside that thread and probably scroll through several pages just to see what they wrote.

These two options are common on a lot of forums. I was wondering if its a database issue where it would cost money to implement those type of filters in this forum, because then i would understand it not being active. But if its not a big deal do you guys think that we could implement those two features in this forum?

Scotty Hamill Thats my worst fear!!!! :0( Sending out 4,000 + letters and no response....

Michael Quarles does your company help with list or no? I will have between 6-10K total to get started in Real Estate in the next few months and I was thinking about using that money all for marketing. And my plan was to get a list and send out a 3 month campaign of letters and post cards (1 every 4 weeks) but my biggest fear is "what if i don't get a deal?"

And from seeing everyone's success on here with marketing I have to believe that an unsuccessful campaign can be only attributed to a bad list (or list criteria for that matter)

Does that mean you only broke even on using radio? or that you hit your goal using radio?

Hey Jerry Puckett a couple question
1.) Is that a PRINTED hand written FONT you have printed on an actual yellow letter.?
2.) someone actually hand writing the message on an actual yellow letter?
3.) a PRINTED hand written FONT on a PRINTED yellow letter that is actually a standard blank sheet of paper?
4.) Can you help with obtaining list for any Yellow Letters that are mailed out through your company?
