Hey Daniel,
Keep going to the local REIA and let people know what you are trying to do. You may find someone who is willing to take you under their wing. There may be someone who needs a person to do some leg work or research and is willing to show them the ropes and even pay for these services. This is a great way to build relationships that can lead to partnerships and make contacts that lend money or owner finance or ......?
If you show people your initiative, ability to learn and willingness to work they mat invest inyou or with you .
First you must build the relationships though
Chris

Try using "Goof-Off-2" the water based formula, along with the green sponge pad things. The paint will come off easier and the water based formula won't damage the vinyl.

I'm pretty sure that the average salary of a federal employee has surpassed that of the average salary in the private sector.
The problem is that all this stimulus and govt. spending and govt. salaries are just numbers on paper to our elected officials and govt. "servents". It might as well be monopoly money for the way it is just thrown around and worse borrowed.
They don't get it so lets put some folks in who do.

Sorry MD i'm confused, who exactly created a law that was race specific since the emancipation proclamation?

technically that wasn't race specific either. Being in the country illegaly has nothing to do with race .

If ILLEGAL immigration weren't a problem especially in the southern border states then people wouldn't be in such a tizzy over it. These aren't people who just have extra time on their hands. And you can't possibly believe they are all racists either.
If this many people have an issue with something then there may be something to it

Did anybody check the I.D. on these carp?

As Mikepointed out, we all as citizens must show I.D. if pulled over or detained.
I personally have been stopped by the police numerous times over the last 27 years-my driving career with a lead foot-and I have been detained a few times at the county bed and breakfast in my younger wilder years,
In every instance I was required to show proof that I was who I claimed to be. That did not seem like an unreasonable request to me. So why is it unreasonable for AZ or any police officer to ask for whatever type of I.D. you carry that says who you are and where you live.
It is what law enforcement does across the board when they stop someone . That is not profiling.
BTW I am currently going through the process of having to prove to the state of Illinois that I am who I am - because some ***-clown gave false info when he was pulled over and the name or birthdate or whatever got tied to my license in Mo. End result is that I cannot re-new my drivers license until they are sure that I am not him
So what exactly is wrong with being required to carry proper identification?

They won't even say the words " war on terror" any longer but I bet we get a press release declaring war on these freakin' carp.
Anywho gotta go - got a real live breathing buyer with a pulse AND a credit score AND money down . :wowo:
