My 2c worth. Does the HOA allow rentals? If so, what's the percentage of rentals allowed? What's the procedure you have to follow to get them to approve your rental?

Hi everyone. I've been a member of Bigger Pockets for a while.  I've finally taken the plunge,  my first post and my first investment property in the same week. 

I bought a sf 3bd, 1ba cash. I have tenets lined up. It needs some cosmetic work and should be up and running within a month. 

Once I have that done I plan to purchase a second rental with an investment mortgage.
