Hi everyone. I've been a member of Bigger Pockets for a while.  I've finally taken the plunge,  my first post and my first investment property in the same week. 

I bought a sf 3bd, 1ba cash. I have tenets lined up. It needs some cosmetic work and should be up and running within a month. 

Once I have that done I plan to purchase a second rental with an investment mortgage.
