Our REAPS Commercial meeting is held every month on the 2nd Wednesday at the Bellevue Azteca Mexican Restaurant. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community!

If you have decided to take the plunge into commercial real estate, this may just be the group you have been looking for. If you are new to commercial investing and want to surround yourself with other members making the same plunge then join us. The meeting is a round table format so open discussions are the norm and speakers are rare. Come prepared to share as much as you are prepared to learn. The discussions will be focused on multifamily, office, retail, mobile home parks, etc. Is the grass really greener with commercial? Our commercial group leader, Jeff Hamel, will answer with a definite YES!

I am a full time professional firefighter. Licensed Contractor since 1991, General Contractor since 2009. I bought our first single-family rental property in 1994. Have been a member of REAPS since 2008. We currently hold rental properties, working on smaller short plat projects, doing flips, and seeking Multi-Family properties. I enjoy sharing knowledge and contacts. If you have a question, please ask!

Redmond Funding Group is the preferred private lender for residential property investors, real estate agents, and builder/contractors in the Puget Sound region. We will assist you in structuring your loan transaction or we can provide you general information and advice about real estate loans, fixing and flipping a house, or building a new home.

He spent 30+ years in the automotive field. he started his Real Estate investing at the age of 22 by buying his first duplex. He has been a full time investor since 2007. He holds Single Family rentals, Mobile Home/RV Park, Commercial Retail and does Rehab Flips. In his off time he enjoys family, the outdoors and music!

35TH ANNUAL DEALS OF THE YEAR 

We are currently looking for Members who want to come and share at our last Main Meeting of 2018. This year we will be mixing it up a bit. The room will be set up for some structured networking, appetizers and a no-host bar. So please come join us at this fun reception where we will ALSO be honoring our most treasured members OUR VOLUNTEERS, of course.
