1. The money side (other people’s money such as private money)

How do foreclosures and short sales in the same neighborhood affect the appraised value of your home or the home you want to buy?

This month at REAPS we are hosting “How In the World Do I Determine the Value of A Property Workshop”!!!!! This is a HANDS-ON MEETING.

We will have a panel of agents, investors and appraisers and put them each to the test of valuing several properties LIVE while YOU watch. We’ll uncover exactly how they do it, what tricks they use online to find information and what criteria each of them consider ‘important’ to determining value of real estate.

The participants won’t know ahead of time the properties we’ve chosen and will have the same time to complete their research and then they will report back to the audience their problem-solving methods!

Most importantly YOU get to play along in the audience. We’ll have wifi for all of you so you can bring your ipads, laptops and smart phones and we’ll put you to the test too. We'll have door prizes for the people in the audience who participate and come closes to the experts in the room.
