Our Bellingham Meals N Deals meeting is held monthly on the 4th Wednesday of each month and is open to the public. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community. This month we are excited to have long-time investor and REAPS Volunteer, Wendy Ceccherelli.

Know Your Market

REAPS Membership Chair, real estate broker, and active investor Wendy Ceccherelli discusses ways that real estate investors should be identifying target markets and how they can become experts in their chosen markets. Her presentation includes an interactive quiz on the Bellingham residential market, along with giveaway prizes. Topics to be discussed include defining your niche, becoming an expert, and identifying multiple opportunities and exit strategies within your market.
