Chrysztyna’s property management career literally started at the bottom, as she owned the cleaning company that was in charge of all the Lighthouse Cove cleaning for 5 years. She gradually began doing inspections, and eventually came into the office, first as a receptionist, then as a licensed real estate agent and property manager, and then bought the company in July 2007. In July of 2009 she also bought the property management division of Strategy Real Estate, Inc.

She is a proud member of NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, having served as Kitsap County Chapter President in 2010 and again in 2014. In 2010, she received her RMP NARPM designation and her MPM designation in 2013. In 2014, she held the National Professional Development Committee Chair position for NARPM.

She is a member of both the Silverdale and Bremerton Chambers of Commerce and has been president of her BNI Chapter several times. She was awarded the Key to the City of Bremerton by Mayor Patty Lent in 2012, and is a member of the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound.
She travels all over the country as a sought-after professional speaker and educator, where she shares her property management journey with other property managers. She is also a Certified Real Estate Instructor for the State of Washington.

Mom to an amazing talented mini me who is off to college, she is also fluent in several languages and has lived in three different countries.

Mike Sumsky is a long-time REAPS member, REAPS Board member and MC of the REAPS Kitsap satellite group. He is a full-time real estate investor and owner of Washington Home Solutions, based out of Bremerton, WA. Mike specializes in creative deal structuring, raising private money, wholesaling, land lording and lease options. When Mike is not flipping houses, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, rooting for the Seahawks, enjoying the outdoors, golfing and wine tasting.

About Our Moderator...

Gena Horiatis was a stay-at-home mom and wife for twenty years after having a career at IBM. She was teaching piano lessons as two of her four children entered college; money became an issue. She discovered real estate investing from an infomercial, got educated and changed her world! She has done flips, rentals and lease options in her local and remote markets. Her son John joined as her business partner, and she retired her husband, allowing him to pursue his passion for acting, while they live on passive income from rentals. Loving to teach and give back, she has mentored new real estate investors around North America and abroad for the last five years. 35TH ANNUAL DEALS OF THE YEAR 

We are currently looking for Members who want to come and share at our last Main Meeting of 2018. This year we will be mixing it up a bit.
