The room will need to be primed. The contractor would be the one actually doing the painting...

Hi Guys. First of all I don't know if this will get deleted but I think this site is great to catch up with your neighbors and send invites to them. Could be used for your investing as well! I joined and signed up my neighborhood and sent 100 free postcards on the site. The site is nextdoor.com
If this gets erased im sorry

I learned to do it myself. Don't trust tenants with this they don't care to mess up your unit!

I needed to replace the toilet ASAP that is why. I later decided to change the floor to make it look better and now everyone loves it and are asking me to install in lunchroom and X-ray room. I agree I wish it would've gone under the toilet but the decision came later :(. I read excellent reviews on this and will be using it on my rental. It's a bit pricey so I will look into the woodlooking planks.

I am installing TrafficMaster Allure in a bathroom at my uncles dental office. While replacing the toilet, part of the old vct tile came out. I had to add some flooring leveler around the toilet. What should I do about the gaps around the trim. I left 1/8th of an inch but it shows a little in some places. Could add a caulk around the edges?

Definitely Greg and Robins group in Fort Worth is the best. If you are starting out I recommend getting their wholesaling course it's pretty helpful. I think I paid $200 for it.

And I am definetly not going to pay by day. I have made separate contracts for every stage of the remodel. First demo and framing. Even though I have checked background and all references, I want to see how they do with the demo and framing.

Thanks again for the advice, I made sure to get everything checked out and have the contracts ready to sign. It has taken so long to start just because I want to make sure we get it done right! Definetly a beginning learning experience and I am looking forward to learning more as we begin. I went to HD but the pro desk told me they usually do around 3-5% discount and that is by having a Lowes business credit card. I spoke with the manager at the pro desk at lowes and he told me they would be able to discount a good amount plus deliver materials to site. I am about to apply for the Lowes American Express to get more discounts and points which I can use for travel :).
