Hey BP,

As a wholesaler, I come across some odds and ends that I usually don't touch. However, I did come across a seller of a few very large hotels, and it piqued my interest. One of them is here in Indianapolis, and the others are around the nation. I know nothing about hotels, but wanted to learn a bit more about them, so I'd love to partner with a veteran and watch over your shoulder as you work the deal. These properties are in the neighborhood of $5M and up, and include full water parks and restaurants inside, so they are no small thing.
