Looking for Mentor and Partner on Hotel Transaction

Hey BP,

As a wholesaler, I come across some odds and ends that I usually don't touch. However, I did come across a seller of a few very large hotels, and it piqued my interest. One of them is here in Indianapolis, and the others are around the nation. I know nothing about hotels, but wanted to learn a bit more about them, so I'd love to partner with a veteran and watch over your shoulder as you work the deal. These properties are in the neighborhood of $5M and up, and include full water parks and restaurants inside, so they are no small thing. Let me know if you have experience or know somebody with experience like this. Thanks!
