Hi Matt

You could remove it, and make repairs to the damaged dry wall as needed.

Hi Chris

I would say what ever the first unit cost was - X 4

If I was doing the job I would have GUT all 4 of the units first and then repaired them one at a time and also get tenant's as I repaired them.

Hi Etahn

Relax..... Relax. Are you having the Fire inspector and the Building inspector come for a CO?

If that's the case they will tell you what is needed to comply with town and state laws and give you the time to make repairs.

If you run into problems let me know

Hi Edward / Shadman

If you are going to split the hot water and heat, you will have to run new pipe to the unit you want to split. "very costly" .

Ben

I agree with Brian you will spend all of your time working with sub contractors and estimates you will have no time to do your work.
