What to do with Wallpaper

So I'm in the process of evaluating a possible flip opportunity but the only thing that is scaring me is the fact that most of the walls are covered in wallpaper. Does anyone have any recommendations for what to do with it? Is there an easy way to remove it or cover it?

I would really prefer not to have to replace the sheetrock. As I'm sure you can tell, I don't have a lot of experience with wallpaper so any feedback is very appreciated. Thanks!!!

@Rita Medeiros It's an ugly advise to follow. It might work for the first year but once weather sits in, the paint will move.

@Matthew Rembish As you see, there are several methods, you will soon find out that one method that works with one adhesive will not work with the other, "hard" adhesives will not peel with steam instead, crack that means that you are peeling like 1/8" rocks adhered to the wall, some also peel like bubble gum stuck on the wall after steaming, etc etc.
