A Gc contractor will be able to handle any type of renovation or do building maintenance or repairs on the buildings you are buying or selling. Not all Gc contractors will build homes or buildings they are just not interested in that type of work. I will walk a property with a buyer if needed and much more if needed.

Most of the time you use a CLOSED CELL spray foam, did the building inspector in you town approve the OPEN spray foam. If you did it your self, you will be ripping it all out. The smell may never go away.
