@Christopher Patey  @Corey C.  @Mark S.

Hi, I started the Seacoast REI group. Free. Not a $ maker. I turned it over to some friends (property manager, realtor, banker) who adopted it. They skipped July, but will have a meeting in August.

How about we get together for a group coffee or something?

I propose Coffee/beverages at Magrilla's in Rochester, maybe 6-7pm next week? Tuesday the 7th?

@Dean Bokousky I hope I didn't come across as mean or insensitive. A real estate deal that you are currently living in can/will mess with your head more than you should let it. Step back. Realize it will probably be easier to find a better deal elsewhere without the angst.  Get a uninvolved party to price it.   And maybe there is a fudge factor because you live there (positive because you don't have to move, negative if you will be in a construction zone home)

You need to step back and treat this like an investment. Because it is.  Run the numbers. Get help to verify your numbers. Don't get caught up emotionally because you live there and see yourself in the house.

Going well. Passed mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-ins and currently putting in receptacles and lighting.

I am in the middle of a victorian restoration and skipped a few meetings. September would be a good time to restart.

@gar

Gary, you are Portsmouth VA, and I am in Portsmouth NH. Beer would be great, but the commute would push even our dedication :) . Love your profile. Keep up the good attitude!

@Gary Alford @Bob James  The next one is June 14th, but we can meet for coffee/beer anytime. Interested to know what you want to accomplish, and how I can help.
