I haven't seen many posts on this - but dive in and let me know if COVID has created opportunity and ease in your REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT LIFE or has it created a DEMISE of the real estate market. Investing and Flipping is a whole process. There are renovations, negotiations, attorneys, inspections, contractors, finding deals etc. HAS COVID made it easier or worse? SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCES!

Hey Mike - thats fantastic you have a capital opportunity to inject into real estate. As a fellow Long Island'er I def understand your reasoning behind out of state investing - however there is tremendous movements in the Long Island markets due to alot of different factors. Why have you not considered buying in Long Island? I been here the last 10 years and do incredible. HIGH TAXES + OLD HOUSES = RECIPE FOR OPPORTUNITY.

@Daniel Stiglianese Hey Daniel - that’s the hardest step is wanting to start out. Commitment, knowledge, and successful decisions can def pave a nice road for you with real estate. I am a cash buyer myself and have wholesaled as well. Let me know if you have any questions and you can just DM me.

I think of you are new to wholesaling looking for contracts is like throwing a Hail Mary pass and hoping someone will catch it on the 50 yard like. If football analogy doesn’t make sense. I think you need to start from Tile 1 and progress forward. For example, let’s say tomorrow you receive the best contract draft in the world? Then what would be next? I think a great place to start is mentorship and maybe even building a site - then figuring out a budget. Making sure to spend every dollar wisely and expect a return on every dollar - then finding your first property and getting a contract and having a network of buyers. Hope this helps.

@Anthony Hunter Anthony there are so many things to consider. Don’t be so quick to spend 3000 on marketing without really have a strategic outlook on your return on investment. I will message you and try to address your question.

@Chrisna Ouk Chrisna it depends on whose buying your wholesale property. For example - we are instant cash buyers and we let the homeowner choose their move out date that they are comfortable with.
