Hi guys, I’m new to the wholesaling business and wanted to know how to get started with a $3000 marketing Budget. I’ve been reading as many books as possible on the subject over the past several months and I have a couple cash buyers on my list. Now I want to begin focusing on acquisitions I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations for how to allocate $3000 for marketing.

Btw I’m located in Dallas Texas if that helps any thanks in advance.

There's an art to it, but most of the independent wholesalers who are successful in my market do really well with cold calling. You'd have to buy some lists and hone your craft, but it's very doable. A good deal every month or two could be all you need.
