Hello Team,

I ran into a friend who uses PROPSTREAM - the site looks almost too good to be true based on their claims on the site. From comps, to marketing, to analytics, etc. All these features are time consuming and have they really perfected their craft? Are their tools actually helpful? I would love to hear from people who have used it and their experience with it.

@Austin Wood some of the classes systems available readily provide contracts including electronic signatures. What do you use for your system?

@Liam McGoldrick Liam I think that’s a pretty birds eye view picture. Data is what drives everything in general. The problem with the leads are they compile lists and sell it to everyone and may the best man win. I have a few ideas on enhancing leads but people are starting to come up with very creative ways in compiling leads. Are you a wholesaler yourself?

@Colin Spivey there are a dozen of them! It ultimately depends how in depth you want to go with the data, ease of use, and what you want to accomplish as your end goal.

@Rodrigo Alfaro hello rodrigo - yes you are just selling the contract to the cash buyer. So for instance you would be selling the contract to me for buying the house at an X amount. Me as the buyer would pay you the amount you agreed to have the homeowner sell. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions.
