Hey Kody - how far along are you in the process? Well - since you are here for advice and wholesaling isn’t one question - what’s the number one question that you haven’t gotten an answer for?

@Daniel Haberkost and people forget why those free podcasts and sites are available in the first place. It’s meant to attract viewers for their own marketing business and affiliate programs not to be genuinely helpful. If they used realistic numbers it wouldn’t sound so great :)

@Stephanie Pulido sure if you want to discuss further dm me. Other then that - I feel like everyone wholesales with basics and no one really focuses on hey how can the motivated sellers come to me.

@Stephanie Pulido the best advice I can give you is - have a really deep thought out process. If you are doing the same thing as all the average you tube videos and bigger pocket forums then you will be one of many. I think the reason why I been a cash buyer and started from wholesaling and now done well is because I always figured out ways to bring motivated sellers to me. In this day and age of technology it can definitely be done. It’s more marketing and understanding the perception of these motivated sellers than anything.

@Cesar Gomez this a very vague question - I am from New York as well. If you want to connect DM me and we can talk further. However it’s definitely possible to use money to make more money. It’s just that every dollar spent should be thought out and give you a return on your investment.

What aspect of real estate are you exploring? It’s pretty vast and there are different specific areas. Have you thought about which one would be a best fit?
