New member in Las Vegas area

A big hello to everyone.  I've been a silent viewer for a few months now while I learn and get ready.  I'm focused and ready for some deeper learning and to get my feet wet soon as a wholesaler.  Currently looking for relationships with investors who might want to do business with me in the Las Vegas area.  I know my profile says Texas but that is my domicile.  I travel full time and currently am in Las Vegas for the year.  I will diversify as time goes on but for now that will be my focus.  I'm humble and always willing to learn more but that first step has to start somewhere so I'm diving in.  Loving Bigger Pockets and all it has to offer.  Looking forward to meeting some of you!
