I will be closing on my first rental this week and will need to purchase kitchen appliances for said rental. I was wondering if someone can point me in the direction of an investor friendly appliance store. Thank you for your time.

As the title says I will be closing on my first property next week friday. I have yet to get my final numbers (closing and downpayment totals) from the loan company. I was told that they should have it to me no later than next thursday, which is the day before closing. Is this normal? Thank you

If the numbers are that tight I'd give it a second thought. What if the rental market take a hit and you're forced to take less for rent? Just something to think about.  Good luck on your journey.
