@Roger Covin find someone or a group that is doing exactly what you want to do and learn from them. There are many different investing strategies so make sure you align yourself with someone/a group with your same strategy and goals.

@Matt Jennissen I agree with @Greg Dickerson you should just review your underwriting to determine overall return on investment and other property level return metrics. If you feel inclined you can always divide by number of units to get a per door stat.

@AJ H. I’m not familiar with section 8 rules but make sure you check with them or read the contract for section 8 rent. It seems like you have a good option to renovate as leases expire so you can continue to collect income from occupied units.
