I have been a sfh wholesaler and am moving into the multifamily space. Learning a lot from the Rod Khlief material and am ready to source deals in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Any suggestions of groups, programs, or ppl that would be helpful to connect with?

I’m going to work my cold calling skills and hope to be a great asset to some pros in the game!

@Roger Covin Before you plunk down a large sum of cash on a mentorship, try to verify what your ideal role would be within multifamily or multifamily syndication. Is it acquisitions, underwriting and broker relationships? Is it asset management? Investor relations and raising capital? I say this, because some of these groups focus on the nuts and bolts of multifamily, but won't necessarily help with raising capital. Conversely there are programs that help you learn how to create your thought leadership platform to get your message out to investors, and raise capital. In terms of the nuts and bolts of multifamily, some of the ones you hear of are Brad Sumrock, Think Multifamily, Rod Khleif, Jake & Gino and Michael Blank. To name a few. Since you are in DFW, you will want to know their presence in that area.
