Howdy!

I am a 21 year old in College Station, Texas looking to gain some more knowledge and advice from experienced investors! I have been working in upper level management for conventional and student housing for the last two years now gaining lots of knowledge in leasing and the market. However, I realized with the right tools, knowledge, and people, that I can take a step towards financial freedom and having the ability to expand and grow at my own pace rather than waiting for an opportunities to open up with a management company.

I am currently taking courses for my real estate license to further my knowledge of real estate and my local market. Also, I have been researching, reading and watching tons of videos but now with some more knowledge of investing, I am now looking to increase my knowledge from actual investors who do it themselves. I am new to Bigger Pockets forums but have read lots of forums here and see many helpful people.

Would be very interested if anyone here has time to message for about 15 minutes on some questions I have or if anyone has any advice for a new young investor I would greatly appreciate it!
