@Arren Wells ask about their short term and long term goals to see if they are going in the direction you see yourself going. It might be a good fit but it might not. You should also reach the person and company so you know high level info and not waste time asking easy questions

@Arta Montero location is an important part to value the asset and it’s also important to know landlord tenant laws where you invest. You should reach out to an attorney or professional manager in your area to get advice on handling tenants that don’t pay

@Chris Wilson what size property is it? Typically for a 100+ unit multifamily property you’d inform management several months before listing and setup a sale bonus for the onsite staff

@Jordan Becker you need to get right into larger multifamily properties. There is no rule that says you can’t. You need to let your mind allow you to do it. People before you have jump right into larger deals and you can too
