Tenant not Paying Rent

Arta Montero
Posted

Wondering what are your strategies or portions that we have if tenant as my is not paying. I am in Portland and the eviction memorandum has been extended to June 30.

I feel like we have become a communist country where the government puts all the burden on us to deal with.

@Wayne Bolen I have researched a little, but I know there are supposed to submittal something , but I think even if they don’t they have till Mach 31 to pay back.

I think it’s so annoying that government puts this burden on us to deal with and think they should deal with tenants In this process
