I don't think so. I want a phone system to answer my marketing calls and sends callers to different extensions for more info and they can leave voice mails for me. I'm using Ring Central now and not real happy!

I am currently using Ring Central for my real estate investing phone system and want to change. I would appreciate any recommendations for phone systems being using by other investors.

I've recently gotten access to the MLS with a local realtor. One of my first activities is to extract expired listings for wholesale and/or lease option leads. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way and parameters to use this valuable resource?

Thx. I used a similar letter except for the "largest wholesaler" comment. I was able to print the letters out with a self populating name and address in the body of the letter.

I hand wrote the address on the envelopes. Do you think that detracted from the quality of my mailing piece?

I recently subscribed to a list of recent cash buyers in my area and sent out direct mail letters (115) using standard format asking them to respond to me if they want to be on my buyers list. They letters were delivered yesterday morning. I got 1 call right away but no others. I am disappointed in the response in that I am just starting my wholesaling business and want to establish a strong buyers list before I market for wholesale property deals. Any suggestions on improving my buyer marketing?
