There are a ton of real estate investment traininig programs with costs from a few hundred $'s to thousands of $'s. I'm considering purchasing one of these because I am new and real estate investing is a very complex subject.

Any suggestions on the best training programs for the money.

Anybody have any comments on investing in mobile homes or mobile home parks. I'm just getting started and I'm looking for a foothold.
