Business credit cards with a personal guarantee (PG) will only report to your personal credit if you default. Then there is business credit that’s built strictly off of your business. This takes more time and structuring to establish but it’s well worth it.

@Robert Collins

There isn’t a certain card that I recommend but I received business credit cards from Chase & Bank of America. What’s important is their fees, interest rate etc... I had 6 months interest free.
I also recently closed on a property using a HML and I can assure you that they did not ask where the down payment money came from. They just wanted to make sure we had enough money to afford the loan with them. Alpha Funding is the company I used but you would have to check if they lend in the area you are looking to buy the property. At the time I used PayPal to withdraw money from the credit card. Yes there are fees in the process of turning credit into cash but if you don't have money and have the ability to use credit to finance a deal, it's worth it! You can also get a personal loan and credit unions are good sources to apply for loans as long as you have good credit. We recently borrowed money from our credit union to fund a deal. We were approved on the spot (online application) and was able to pick up the check the next day.

I've received a few guidelines as far as cost per sq foot on estimating repairs while wholesaling.. Does any work in  NJ (Essex County) that has accurate/close to accurate repair cost?

This is what someone recommended I use.. Any thoughts??

Hi,

I need a little insight about the closing cost on a $75,000 (203K Reno) house in Irvington. What is the typical cost on this transaction?
