I watched the webinar in the Brrrr strategy last month and I didn't quite grasp the concept of this strategy. I guess mainly the refinance part. Can someone explain in great detail?

And I've seen someone posted about using hard money for the Brrrr strategy. Knowing the short terms of hard money loans (usually no longer than 12 months), is using hard money a good idea for this strategy?

@Karima Harris I am looking into FHA loans and also programs that assist with your down payment. I was on homes.com yesterday viewing multi unit properties and at the bottom of the page the site has different banks that offer loans with rates as low as 3.8%. One of the banks that I clicked on offered low down payments so that's another option.

@Joe D. thanks!

Hello BP community,

My name is Shanel Wiggins and I'm currently educating myself in RE investing. My interests are multi family units for buy and hold. Later in my investing journey I will seek to buy and hold single family homes, larger multi units, and flips. I want to connect with investors that I can learn from and individuals that I can possibly partner with in the near future.
