HEY BP FAMILY! I recently started wholesaling and after about a week of trying to Cold Call I have realized Cold calling during the week isn't really conducive to me being military with and at work. With that said I've decided that adding some virtual systems will assist me in getting my pipeline going. What are you thoughts on the differences between a REIRail lead site vs a Oncarrot investor site? I would love to hear your ideas and feed back on your virtual experience. Thanks in advanced for your advice!!

Great Point Barry!! Thank you I'm going to use that one later if you don't mind.

While making a few Cold Calls, I was watching a Max Maxwell video on a home he closed a deal on. During this video he mentioned that he had a " Due Diligence Clause" on his contracts. My immediate question is what the hedgehog is a "Due Diligence Clause". I understand that it would have to be something that includes a review of the home but what would the clause say and if activated how would that effect the deal? My last question is are there other clauses that Wholesalers have on their contracts? What kind of clauses have you seen BP fam? I would love to hear the useless ones and those that are useful. Thanks and I look forward to reading your responses and learning

@Johnathan Mark i know it's a year later but did you ever get any results on your bandit signs? where did you end up placing them? how did you discover the most effective zip code?

@William Allen that's great advise. Im all over it!!! Well at least once they tell me where the heck I'm going lol.

@William Allen thank you so much for sharing your story. I’m in the army and just last month decided to go along the wholesaling path as I’m pcs’ed to random places. To see that someone has already done this and found success is truly motivating. The part on patients is especially important to me. I’m scheduled to PCS around the Sep- Oct timeframe and I realize I may not get my first deal done by then but I’m definitely going to try. Thanks again!!

Hey
